No more follow-ups like:
“Can you send the recording?”
“I canโt access the transcript.”
Meeting organizers can now decide upfront who gets access while sharing the recap link.
Microsoft Teams also made this more flexible for non-organizers – they can still forward recap links, and if recipients donโt have access, Teams will automatically prompt them to request it.
A small change, but it removes a lot of post-meeting friction and makes meeting knowledge easier to share.
