That means recordings, transcripts, AI-generated summaries, and meeting notes can now be shared in one go.

No more follow-ups like:
“Can you send the recording?”
“I canโ€™t access the transcript.”

Meeting organizers can now decide upfront who gets access while sharing the recap link.

Microsoft Teams also made this more flexible for non-organizers – they can still forward recap links, and if recipients donโ€™t have access, Teams will automatically prompt them to request it.

A small change, but it removes a lot of post-meeting friction and makes meeting knowledge easier to share.
