A productivity-enhancing feature is coming soon to Microsoft Outlook for iOS and Android:

You will soon be able to copy and paste attachments (that aren’t links) directly in Outlook mobile, without saving them to your device or OneDrive first.

Today, users have to:
⬇️ Download the attachment
📂 Find it on the device
🔄 Reattach it to a new email

It’s a tiny workflow bottleneck, but it slows down countless users daily.
With this update, you’ll simply tap the three-dot menu, copy the attachment, and paste it right where you need it. Quick, clean, and frictionless.

General Availability:  Rolling out now through late July 2025.

Small changes like this can create a big impact on your daily productivity, especially if you live inside Outlook while on the move.
