New Third-Party Enriched Properties Coming to Outlook Profile Cards

Third-Party Enriched Properties

Admins can now leverage new third-party enriched properties to customize Outlook profile cards, making it easier to display additional, relevant information about users directly within Microsoft 365.

Properties that can be added include:
1. Role
2. Division
3. Employee ID
4. Employee Number
5. Cost Center

These properties are hidden by default and must be enabled in the Microsoft 365 admin center:

Once enabled, they appear in the Contact Information tab of profile cards. Changes may take up to 24 hours to reflect across all users.

Rollout begins mid-November 2025 and is expected to complete by late November 2025.
