A simple Outlook update that finally ends the endless “When are you free?” meeting threads.
By late 2025, Outlook will add native scheduling polls directly to the calendar compose form. You’ll see a new “Create Poll” option in the compose window that allows you to:
1️⃣ Propose multiple meeting time slots in one go
2️⃣ Collect attendee preferences instantly
3️⃣ Allow external users to respond — no Microsoft 365 account required
